Accessibility Statement

NorthPrep aims to make its CELPIP-style practice platform usable for learners who use assistive technology, keyboard navigation, screen readers, mobile devices, and other access tools. Accessibility is an ongoing effort, and we expect to keep improving the Service over time.

What we work on

We aim to improve and maintain accessibility in areas such as:

  • keyboard navigation for common practice and account flows;
  • colour contrast for text, buttons, and important status messages;
  • clear page headings and section structure;
  • descriptive button and link labels;
  • screen-reader labels for forms and controls;
  • accessible browser audio controls where audio is used;
  • mobile-friendly layouts; and
  • clear error messages when something needs attention.
