Is NorthPrep affiliated with IELTS or its test partners?
No. NorthPrep is an independent practice platform. It is not affiliated with, approved by, or endorsed by the organisations that own and administer IELTS.
Can NorthPrep guarantee my IELTS band?
No. A practice result cannot guarantee or predict an official result. Your performance can change with the test form, test-day conditions, and the human assessment of Writing and Speaking.
What IELTS help exists on NorthPrep today?
These public guides explain the skills, variants, question formats, and preparation principles. Interactive IELTS practice remains feature-gated while its original content and player are reviewed.
What practice is planned?
The product direction covers original Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking practice, including skill-focused work and realistic timed flows. Planned work is not a promise of a release date or a particular amount of content.
How will demo, free, and Pro access work?
Once IELTS practice launches, NorthPrep may provide a limited demo or free entry point and reserve broader practice for eligible Pro access. The exact inclusions will be shown before a learner starts or purchases; these guides do not promise a price or entitlement.
Are NorthPrep practice bands official?
No. Practice bands and feedback are uncalibrated approximations intended to support review. Only an authorised test result is official.
Should I prepare for Academic or General Training?
Use the variant required by the institution, regulator, employer, or immigration program receiving your result. Listening and Speaking are shared, while Reading and Writing Task 1 differ.
Can NorthPrep tell me whether I qualify for immigration or admission?
No. NorthPrep can help you practise language tasks, but it does not decide eligibility. Check current requirements with the responsible government program or receiving organisation.
Does AI feedback replace an examiner or teacher?
No. Automated feedback can highlight patterns and support another revision, but it is an estimate. It cannot reproduce an official examiner decision or replace qualified human guidance when that is needed.
Does NorthPrep use real IELTS questions?
No. Practice material is written as original NorthPrep content. It is designed around supported task formats without claiming to be official, leaked, or identical to a live test.
