A personal-experience prompt asks you to recall and describe an event connected to a theme. The skill is selecting one story quickly, placing events in a clear sequence, and showing why the experience mattered.

You receive preparation time and a timed response window in the player. The prompt tests narrative organization, descriptive detail, past-time language, emotional clarity, and the ability to remain focused on the requested experience.

Set the scene with who, where, and when. Explain the main event in chronological order, spending the most time on the turning point. State the result and close with what you learned or why you remember it.
