Speaking Task 6 guide
A difficult-situation prompt asks you to communicate an uncomfortable decision, refusal, complaint, or compromise. The task tests whether you can remain respectful while clearly explaining what must happen and why.

You receive a scenario involving competing needs, then prepare and respond within the player's timing. The response requires tone control, audience awareness, explanation, problem solving, and enough firmness to avoid an unclear outcome.

Begin by recognizing the other person's perspective. State your position without hiding it in a long introduction. Give the most relevant reasons, then offer an alternative, compromise, or next action when appropriate.
